Shipping policy

Every Noir Privé order is prepared in discreet exterior packaging designed for privacy and presentation.

Processing time

Orders are generally prepared within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

United States delivery

Shipping rates and available delivery services for United States addresses are shown at checkout. Estimated transit time after shipment is generally 3–7 business days.

International delivery

International shipping is available to supported destinations. Available services, shipping charges, and taxes collected by Shopify are calculated from the delivery address at checkout. Customs processing and charges assessed by local authorities may vary by destination.

Tracking

When an order ships, we send a confirmation email with available tracking information. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.

Address accuracy

Review the delivery address before completing checkout. If an address needs to change, contact us immediately; we cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins.

Delayed, missing, or damaged packages

Carrier delays can occur because of weather, holidays, customs, or other conditions outside our control. If tracking appears delayed, a package is missing, or an order arrives damaged, contact the carrier and email us so we can assist.
